Refugio Engineering is licensed in both Idaho & Wyoming.  The founder, Nick Mestre, holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has over 6 years of experience working on residential, commercial, and public projects in Oregon, Idaho, and Wyoming.
